Lone Tree BBQ Baby Back Ribs

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ Pounds of Cut Port Baby Back Ribs
5 Cups of Water
1 Sliced Medium Onion
2 Celery Stick – Cut in Half
2 Teaspoons of Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Whole Peppercorns
½ Cup of Lone Tree BBQ Sauce (Mild or Hot)
¼ Teaspoon of Hot Pepper Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Place ribs in the slow cooker
Step 2: Add water, onion, celery, 1 teaspoon of garlic, and peppercorns
Step 3: Cook on low until chicken is tender
Step 4: In a saucepan, mix Lone Tree BBQ sauce, hot pepper sauce, and remaining garlic
Step 5: Cook mixture over medium heat until heated through
Step 6: Remove ribs and discard cooking juices and vegetables
Step 7: Brush ribs with sauce while grilling on an oiled rack
Step 8: While grilling, baste occasionally with the remaining sauce
